5 SIMPLE STEPS
TO RENTING
1 Select the house(s) you wish to view and contact us to book a viewing. (Remote viewings available)
2 Complete a tenant application form and pay a refundable £50 pp reservation deposit. Please Note: This will be withheld if any relevant person (including any guarantor(s) withdraw from the tenancy, provide materially significant false or misleading information.
3 We then carry out referencing on your guarantor. ( We use the services of yourguarantor.com if you do not have a UK based guarantor)
4 Once the references have come back satisfactory we will contact you to arrange to sign the Tenancy Agreement electronically.
5 In June we will contact you to agree on the check-in date. On this date, we will be there to meet you with a comprehensive inventory for you to check and sign.
We then leave you to it until our first inspection in November.
We are however on hand 24/7 should any issue arise.
WHAT WE DO DIFFERENTLY

We do not link you financially with the other tenants - you will never be responsible for their rent.

We do not limit your summer access. Simply, it's your home from the moment your contract starts.

We adjust rents to coincide with student finance dates and therefore do not charge interest on late payments.

We do not charge call-out fees. If there is an issue, we want to know, so we can sort it.
-
We respect the academic timetables; synchronising all renovations with student holidays.
